The Challenge:  These massive Art Deco ceiling pieces are 6 1/2' long and 15" wide at the center.  Each set of glass rods are of a different diameter and length opening in the center allowing access from below.  Originally there were six units; however, only three survived.  The challenge for us, restore the three to their original splendor and make three new units to match!

The Solution:  Using a combination of modern sheet metal fabrications and our own vertical milling capability, we soon had six beautifully crafted units ready to stun visitors.  The unit is 6 1/2' long and weighs approximately 400 lbs., lamping  two 32 watt T-8 fluorescent.  All decorative metal components were gold plated.
